Refund Policy
This policy describes the general refund approach for software products, subscriptions, and digital services sold by Paolo Tozzo. Product-specific terms may apply when stated at checkout or in a written agreement.
Digital products and subscriptions
For paid digital products or subscriptions, refund eligibility depends on the product, purchase date, usage, and whether access has already been delivered. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Refund requests
To request a refund, email info@paolotozzo.dev with the purchase email, product name, transaction date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to complete the refund after it is issued.

If a product is not working as expected, please contact support first. Many issues can be resolved faster through configuration help, account review, or a product fix.
